Is it possible to order samples of your products?

Yes, however you'll need to email our sales department at sales@remmerco.com or call on 01376 337025.

The item I require is out of stock, how long will it be until it is in stock?

This depends on the item in question. We aim to have stock on order all the time to ensure customer orders can be sent out on time. Should there be a case of no stock available, we aim to have that rectified within a 2-3 week period.

How long will it be from me placing my order to receiving the goods?

All orders received before 12noon will be sent on a standard delivery dependent on stock. If a next working day delivery is paid for, this will be sent out next day, again stock dependent. For more information please call us on 01376 337025 before placing your order

I placed an order but have yet to receive the goods, what should I do?

In the unlikely event of goods not being received after an order has been placed, please call us immediately and we will endeavor to get your goods to you as soon as possible.

I wish to cancel my order, what should I do?

To cancel an order, please submit in writing your reasons for returning to orders@remmerco.com. Please include your account number and any order reference numbers that you have. Once we receive this information, we are then able to cancel and confirm in writing that this has been cancelled for you. If a refund is required we will explain this in the cancellation confirmation.

I would like to return my order, are there any restocking charges?

Items purchased from the Online Shop may be returned within 7 working days of receipt. Provided such items are received by Remmerco Ltd in a resalable condition, a refund will be issued. The shipping cost and cost of returning the item will not be refunded and you may be charged a restocking fee of 25%.
